orders are usually shipped the following business day. If you have been
notified by email that your order has been shipped, please use the form
below that best suits your needs. This service is available approximately
12 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.
For domestic Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, track
your order by the UPS tracking number sent with your shipping confirmation
email. If you're going to track your order using the "Order #" form below, please include the words "mex-grocer-123456" before the numbers.

If your order was sent to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO/FPO military base,
please enter the USPS tracking number below:

If you have
not yet received an email notification about your order being shipped,
please wait at least two business days before contacting our customer
service desk. Keep in mind that you can only receive this electronic notification
message if you included your correct email address when you submitted
the order. If it has been past the two business days, then we recommend
that you use our Contact Us form to request
an update status on your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
