We offer more than 1,500 specialty Mexican products from imported and national leading food brands. Today, we have sold to over 15,000 cities in all 50 states of the US and Washington D.C. MexGrocer.com is a California Limited Liability company and was founded in early 2000 in San Diego, California.

MexGrocer.com is the largest online grocery store for authentic Mexican food. MexGrocer performs the fulfillment of groceries in it's new distribution center located in San Diego, California and UPS ensures expedient, reliable delivery of all orders nationwide. The selection and value provides a rich resource for consumers, Mexican chefs, Mexican restaurants, medium size Mexican grocery stores and other online co-branded stores.

MexGrocer.com streamlines the shopping process by eliminating the difficulty of having to drive to multiple stores in search of authentic Mexican food products not commonly in stock at conventional grocers. It also provides an expert solution to all amateur chefs looking for authentic Mexican food recipes, as well as Mexican cookbooks in both English and Spanish. This exceptional concept is available at one user-friendly location, offering secure shopping, complemented by rapid and reliable delivery services.

Management
The management team consists of highly qualified individuals with complementary and lengthy experience in the areas of Mexican food, marketing, financial, legal and Internet businesses.

Ignacio Hernandez, Founder, President and CEO of MexGrocer.com LLC, brings over 30 years experience and three generations of family persistence in the Mexican food industry to this venture. His track record in management, marketing and leadership gives him broad corporate strategic accomplishments in U.S.-Mexico business operations. As a senior executive and member of the founding family of HERDEZ, the leading food processor in Mexico with brands such as Herdez, Doña Maria, Bufalo and McCormick, he founded and managed the Herdez USA division. Mr. Hernandez then established two important Mexican food businesses in North America: Corfuerte and Authentic Specialty Foods, these include popular brands such as Del Fuerte and La Gloria in Mexico, La Victoria and Embasa in the U.S. Ignacio is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of the Americas in La Jolla, California.

Ignacio (Nacho) Hernandez Jr., Co-founder and Vice President, brings international e-commerce experience to the team with marketing, technology and operations. He previously worked for the leading online grocery business in Switzerland, LeShop.ch (www.le-shop.ch). He is a regular speaker at Search Engine Strategies 2004 Conference & Expo. Nacho Hernandez is also a Search Engine Marketing and Internet stragegy consultant for businesses linked with the Hispanic market (iHispanic Marketing Group) and he contributes to Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (www.sempo.org) to develop the Hispanic and Latin American divisions.

Juan Lam, Director of Operations, also responsible for Customer Service, has ample experience in imports and distribution. He was Operations Manager for Royal Crown Foods Inc., one of the largest Mexican food distributors in the US; his experience includes areas of transportation, logistics, procurement and imports from Mexico. He was Finance and Administration Director at Northrup King Mexico.

Victor Vilaplana, General Counsel has extensive experience in Federal courts specializing in commercial law and secured transactions since 1974.

Francisco Cervantes, Director, has been practicing for over 20 years in the area of international tax, with an emphasis on cross border taxation between Mexico and the U.S.

We will be delighted to sell your Mexican food food grocery products at MexGrocer. However, you must follow a simple procedure to have your product LIVE on our store. Here is what you must do:

• First, send a letter request to MexGrocer.com LLC - Purchasing Department, at 4060 Morena Blvd. Suite C, San Diego, CA 92117, and let us know that you want to have your product listed at MexGrocer.com. Describe your business, your products and a marketing proposal (if any), attached with your price list. If you can, please send a sample.
• Then, give us a call to follow up at (858) 270-0577 and request for a meeting with the Purchasing Department's person in charge of your account or send a fax request to (858) 270-0578. We should get back to you promptly.
• Finally, when we have accepted your product, please let us know so that we can arrange to take pictures of it and upload it to our store. This is one small step away to start selling online.
• After this, we will need your help letting all the consumers know that your Mexican food product is now available online at MexGrocer.com, so that we can help you grow your business nationwide.
