Placing an order at MexGrocer.com

Ordering online with MexGrocer.com is as easy as 1,2,3. First, browse through our selection of shopping categories, shop by brand with over 200 Mexican brands to choose from, or use our internal search box to locate any product or item(s) you would like to purchase and add the number of items to your shopping cart by clicking at the basket (if NO basket is shown, product is temporarily out of stock) and proceed shopping or continue to check out. That’s it! It’s that easy.

However, if your prefer to Order by Phone give us a call at 1 (877) 463-9476, have your credit card on hand and we will gladly place your order. We're open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm PST.

SHIPPING IN THE U.S.

MexGrocer.com delivers authentic Mexican food to any valid address within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Military addresses. All you need to do is fill your basket with items, and click Check Out under the sign 'View Basket' at the top right of your screen. There is no minimum order amount. You will need to tell us where to ship your order, and what credit card payment method you want to use. For shipping rates, please check our table below.

	Mexgrocer offers fast delivery anywhere within the U.S. via UPS and USPS.

You can choose to get your Mexican groceries, cooking utensils and Mexican cookbooks from three shipping options: Ground, 2nd-Day Air, and Next Day Air. Please note that deliveries inside California, delivered by "Ground" will normally arrive in 1 or 2 business days after being shipped. Orders delivered by "Ground" in most other states will arrive within 2-5 business days. UPS will not accept PO boxes as a shipping address, therefore please only use a regular residential or commercial address for this purpose.

For Alaska and Hawaii, we can only offer USPS Priority for standard shipping, or UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. USPS will accept PO boxes for almost any address (check with your local Postmaster to verify before submitting an order).

The rates below are for standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. only:

Prices may vary on orders shipped to APO/FPO, AK and HI. Due to the high levels of security in APO/FPO deliveries, some orders may take up to 2 to 6 weeks. Some APO orders arrive sooner, it just depends where you're stationed.

For Canada residents, we can only offer USPS Priority for standard shipping (6 - 10 business days), or USPS Express (3 - 5 business days) for almost any address (check with your local Postmaster to verify before submitting an order).

CANADA TAX AND DUTY CHARGES

Customs law requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering Canada. By placing an order with MexGrocer.com, you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery. Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be payable, as follows:

• Customs duty – Typically 20-30% of product price (based on product characteristics)
• Tax – Typically 6-16% of product price (based on province)
• Advancement Fees – FedEx fee for processing of duties/fees (currently $8.00 USD)
