Thick and rich hot sauce with a blend of chile peppers, tomatoes, and spices. picopica. Real Mexican Style Hot Sauce since 1937.
Pico Pica Hot Sauce a favorite on eggs, tacos, soups, meat and fish.
Ingredients: Tomato puree, salt, spices, cottonseed or soybean oil, citric acid, xanthan gum, garlic powder, paprika and sodium benzoate as a preservative.
Convenient plastic bottle, for best quality refrigerate after opening.

My husband comes from a traditional Mexican family - his mother would make molcajete VERY often. Pico Pica is one of the most authentic tasting hot sauces on the market. It has real flavor, its not just vinegar like all the other “hot sauces” out there. We order this regularly as we can’t get it in store where we moved to. The price is AMAZING; beats Amazon by a mile.

In answer to the question... "what one thing would you want to have with you if you were stranded on a desert island or in your underground end-of-days shelter", the answer is Pico Pica!
All I can say is, if you ever plan to discontinue this product, you need to give me a fair warning so I can buy a dozen cases!!!! I'm not sure I could live without it. I eat that S*** on everything!

I come from a large family, and every time we would visit each other (prior to Covid 19) we always, always, always had Pico Pica, no matter whose house you went too. My children have grown up with it too, so I'm shipping them both a 6 pack of the 15oz hot sause! They are going to be SO Happy! 😁😊

This is my favorite because it has heat, but it also has flavor. The flavor is delicious and topped with some heat it is perfect. I don't like sauces where all you taste is hot (and have encountered too hot sauces in my time), but I like a sauce with a bit of a kick. This is just right in flavor and heat without over (or under) doing it.

I love Pico Pica! So many memories of eating it as a child. Just like everyone else in the reviews I moved away from the west coast and can no longer find it in any stores. (Kroger used to sell it where I live, but no longer). When I saw mexgrocer.com had two of the big bottles for less than amazon I ordered immediately. They arrived very quickly and still tastes as smoky hot and great as ever!

Other than a very few small, local taquerias I've come across, this is the very best truly Mexican style hot sauce available. I'm very surprised more East Coast markets don't carry Pico Pica, but then again, you don't find much good Mexican food east of the Mississippi.
