These peppers were reasonably priced and fully flavored. They were properly dried and easy to work with in the kitchen, pliant and not overly dried.

This thing is great and not just for tortillas. I actually baked a potato in it in the microwave. Took half the time without it. You still must poke a fork into before you cook it to vent. It still will explode inside the Warner if you don’t. I learned the hard way.
