At MexGrocer, we work hard to ship your order quickly and carefully so it arrives in the best possible condition. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Refrigerated & Perishable Items
To ensure freshness:

Refrigerated items ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.

Orders containing perishable items placed after Wednesday may ship the following week.

Refrigerated products are packed with insulated materials and gel ice packs.
Restrictions:

Refrigerated items cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

All perishable items are final sale and non-returnable.
Orders with Mixed Items
If your order includes both shelf-stable and refrigerated items:

The entire order may ship together following the refrigerated shipping schedule, unless otherwise specified.

Guaranteed Delivery

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MexGrocer is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
