Eggs, beans, fried chicken, this is the sauce. I like mine with chinese food too!
It's made with good vinegar which makes it tangy. The chilis they use are flavorful but not ever so hot that the heat takes over. As a result, you can use it on virtually everything you want a little extra zing on. Even can soup goes up in flavor with a little Crystal on it. French fries... everything savory is better. Always got to have it. Ask your grocer to stock it. It's a win win.
