2 cups Red chili sauce12 Corn tortillas1 1/2 cups Shredded Longhorn Cheese1 Onion, choppedLettuce, shredded2 Tomatoes, chopped4 Green Onions, choppedSour CreamSalsa
Enchiladas de Queso Estilo Sonora
Heat chile sauce thoroughly in a saucepan. Dip tortilla in sauce and lay flat on oven-proof platter or cookie sheet. Ladle 1 tablespoon of sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese and chopped onion. Repeat this process to form a stack of three for each serving. Bake in 350° oven for 10 minutes. Remove to serving dish and garnish with lettuce, tomato and green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
