The Mexican Parmesan

Did you think that Parmesan is the only cheese you could add to spaghetti? Well, it's not. I was just as surprised as you will be when I tried ground Cotija on my pasta, and my beans, and my enchiladas... The list goes on and on. It brings out the flavor on all of my dishes. And since it's aged, I put the open shaker in the refrigerator, and can leave the other two unopened shakers in the pantry, just like Parmesan. It's really convenient and tastes great.
