CHAMPURRADO

Champurrado, Thick hot chocolate or Chocolate Atole is a hot beverage made with ground corn, or masa. It is prepared with milk or water, sweetened with refined sugar or piloncillo (semi-processed brown sugar sold in cones) and flavored with chocolate and cinnamon.
Champurrado is delicious with tamales.

CHAMPURRADO

Champurrado es una bebida que se elabora y consume desde la época prehispánica y su principal ingrediente es ""la masa"" o harina de maíz y chocolate. En sus origenes fue endulzado con miel, pero durante la época colonial se empezó a endulzar con piloncillo y después con azúcar y canela. Tambien se conoce como Atole Champurrado o atole de chocolate.
Se toma en el desayuno y se acostumbra acompanar con pan dulce, biscocho, tamales o rosca de reyes.

This right here is my to go to on chilli nights I’ve have try making it my self and it doesn’t come close , I love the fact that it’s very convenient and it’s a very delicious taste

Instant Delight!

The taste of this Champurrado is very much like the one my "Grandma"us to make at home from scratch. We use to drink it with tamales, bunuelos, "pan dulce"(sweet bread). I ordered one the first time, just to try, but after I tried, I order three more, is just delicious, and so easy to make!
