Tostadas de Tofu Vegetarianas
In a skillet, fry Tofu until golden brown. Add green chiles and garlic and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Warm beans and spread on tostada shells. Add Tofu mixture and layer lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
