PINOLE OR TOASTED CORN MAIZE

Pinole Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups La India Verdena Pinole
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1/2 Lb butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Mix the butter until smooth. Add the sugar, egg, cinnamon, flour, baking powder and pinole. Knead the ingredients until they are well combined, then form the cookies with a cookies cutter. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 392 F.

Pinole de Maiz Puro marca LA INDIA Verdeña

Ingredientes: Maiz tostadod sin colorantes ni conservadores.

El Pinole de Maíz de la India Verdeña, es una harina de maíz tostado, rica en carbohidratos y proteínas de múltiples usos en la dieta diaria. Endulzado se puede comer como golosina, también se puede elaborar una amplia gama de panecillos, bizcochos y galletas, con el rico sabor casero, sin olvidar que el Pinole de Maíz elaborar el tradicional Atole de Pinole, que es muy sabroso, sobre todo en invierno, que se consume como bebida caliente para mitigar el frío.

Receta Atole de Pinole para 4 litros

Ingredientes
200 g de Pinole de Maiz
300 g de azucar
20 g de sal
4 litros de agua o leche.

Preparacion
Disuelva el pinole en 1/2 litro de agua o leche, hervir 3.5 litros de agua o leche por 10 minutos con el azucar. Inicie a mezclar lentamente el pinole disuelto. Agregue la sal batiendolo por 3 minutos mas y dejelo hervir hasta que se espese el Atole de Pinole a su gusto.
