Great Flavor and Heat

Each of these sauces has a slightly different flavor that mixes well with meats, rice and beans. And they pack a solid hit of heat. Used sparingly, the flavor comes out without scaring away those fearful of foods that are super spicy. I like to add more than a few sprinkles for both the extra taste and because of the heat. My wife (from Brazil) goes a bit heavier than I - these are her favorite condiments, ahead of Sriracha.
