Simply the BEST!

Bufalo Chipotle sauce is simply the best available. The smoked flavor is fantastic while the heat is less than other sauces. Flavor without too much heat. I have this sauce with my breakfast almost every morning. I use it in many of meals including beans, soups and as a marinade when grilling. I even mix a bit of Bufalo Chipotle with some ranch dressing for a fantastic salad dressing.

Pros

Fantastic flavor.
Lower heat than most hot sauces.
Great with almost anything.

Cons

The bottle has a long neck. When the bottle is half full and shaken to ensure mixing, the opening gets clogged making it difficult to pour the sauce.
The bottle is too small. I go through a bottle in less than a week. Larger bottle, please.
Price at the local Supermercado is less than $1. Online the price is $3.50 + shipping.

Key Ingredient for Steak Sauce

Everybody here is saying the same thing: Bufalo Chipotle Sauce went from being a buck a bottle at the larger supermarkets to a rarity found only online at 3 times the cost. I like the subtlety of this sauce so much better than canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Anyhow, I make a steak sauce using this with saut?ed anchovies and mushrooms. Nothing better to put on a ribeye.

Smoky Goodness!

I keep telling my husband I DON'T LIKE HOT, but then I LOVE Bufalo Chipotle! It is not as hot as some, salsas, but oohh the FLAVOR! The smokiness! The JOY it adds to my Mexican dishes. I especially like it with two other ingredients--chips and melted cheese. I pour on the Bufalo Chipotle straight from the oven and indulge in its smoky goodness. Memories of Baha and Cancun and Cozamel roll over my tongue. Thank you for this wonderful product!

Pros

It has more FLAVOR than heat, and for this I am grateful.

Cons

Three of my local supermarkets stopped carrying it and I was in mourning, until I finally wised up and found a store by checking on line. THANK YOU for NOT going out of business and leaving my taste buds deprived.
Also, I would LOVE it in a larger bottle: three or four meals per bottle is just not big enough!

Full of flavor! Spicy, but in a way that is much more satisfying than those other sauces that are just 'burning' sensation with no taste.

If you can find it in store, it used to be $0.75-$2, so I was so heartbroken when Walmart no longer carried it! Now it's kind of hard to find :( By far my favorite hot sauce ever.
