Yellow Mole from Oaxaca Mexican Recipe
2 lbs pork loin3 lbs pork chine15 guajillo chiles16 oz crushed tomatillos1 garlic head2 lbs zucchini1/2 lb string beans1/2 tsp ground cuminmasa corn flour
