This is an amazing sponge, it lathers very nice, not only do you not have to use a lot of soap for the dishes, but it cleans them very well. They last a good while and they never smell. I've had dinner parties where friends actually offer and want to wash the dishes because they like the sponge...that should say something

I always cook dinner at home, and when it comes time to do the dishes I always used to try and put it off. But having this sponge has definitely helped, I mean, no one likes to do the dishes, but the resistance and longevity of this sponge certainly make it go by smoothly.

Honestly the price for this item is a steal, this is like an energizer bunny. Every time I buy one it last at least 3 times more than the scotch-brite scrub sponges, and this is not only cheaper than 1 of them, but it is easier to wash with this one. :) I
