After facing the crisis of having to decide between spending a wad of money for real vanilla or use imitation I stumbled across this vanilla and the price was great, reviews were good so I grabbed a bottle to try. Fiqured if it was no good it was cheap enough to toss away, but the wife and I love it. I go through about a bottle a week of it. We both are on the keto lifestyle and I use it allot in home made low carb whipped cream and I use it in sugar free Jello Fluff desert, and recently with the summer heat I now make low carb ice cream with it and it all taste great, everyone who tries the deserts made with it says it taste great, even taste better than the other major brand vanilla that cost way way more that I used to purchase. And it doesn't taste low carb either. I keep a minimum of two bottles of this in my kitchen at all times because I can not run out or life just won't be very good without it. Don't fear this vanilla, it's a great product.

I love this vanilla. I use it to bake all of the time and it gives it an extra bit of flavor. I dont use regular vanilla extract anymore. It is the best in my opinion.

My granddaughter sent me a bottle of your vanilla a few years ago. She lives in California. I have been using it ever since then but for awhile was unable to find it. Then went online and there it was. I was wondering I havehad the colorless Mexican vanilla and used it on special occasions.
