Microwave Cheese Burger Quesadillas recipe

Ingredients
4 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas1/2 lb. Ground Beef1/2-6 oz. can Tomato Paste2 Tbsp. Ketchup2 tsp. Italian Seasoning1 medium Onion sliced1/2 cup slices Dill Pickle1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
Directions
1. Crumble ground beef into 1-quart microwave casserole. Microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Drain.
2. In a separate bowl, combine tomato paste, catsup and Italian Seasoning.
3. Place tortillas in a 3-quart microwave safe casserole. Spread tomato mixture over 1/2 of each tortilla.
4. Arrange onion and pickle slices over mixture and top with ground beef. Microwave on High 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
