Ingredients
1 lb. sliced, cooked Ham1/2 cup Olive Oil1 Red Bell Pepper julienned1 Green Bell Pepper julienned3 cloves Garlic minced4 or 5 small Chili Peppers8 Flour Tortillas
Directions
1. Heat oil over medium heat and sauté peppers and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add whole chili peppers and cook for about 3 minutes.
2. Place ham slices onto warmed tortillas and spoon heated mixture onto slices. Fold tortillas over and place on serving plate.
