Roland Flan is the first instant authentic flan offered in the United States. It is a delicate, vanilla flavored custard, with a creamy and smooth texture. This Spanish dessert custard takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Mix content of one packet into 2 cups of milk, bring to boil 5 minutes over low heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into heatproof dishes. Will thicken as it cools. For a twist you may add other flavors to enhance the flavor.
