Balsamic Vinegar, Strawberry Infused Description: Roland Infused Balsamic Vinegars are of the highest quality, authentic balsamic vinegar produced in Modena, Italy. Our infusions are all-natural and introduced gradually during the fermentation process and prior to the aging of the product for a perfectly balanced result.

Comments: Our highly concentrated grape must, derived from the finest trebbiano and lambrusco grapes, is the secret to our superior vinegar which takes to the infusions naturally while fermenting, thus offering subtle notes of fruit rather than a syrupy, overly-intrusive, superficial "flavor."

Preparation: Roland Infused Balsamic Vinegar has a traditional rich, assertive character indicative of the best of Italian Balsamics. Use sparingly until a personal palate has been achieved. (However, Italians tend to use it liberally over their salads along with extra virgin olive oil!)
