Roland Flat Fillets of Anchovies in Olive Oil, Salt Added 2 oz
Roland Anchovies are cleaned and packed in salt barrels for up to 6 months. They are then filleted, trimmed for consistent size and packed in olive oil. The product is not cooked, it is semi-conserved and will continue to cure in the tin.
As a semi-conserved product the anchovies need to be stored at a consistent temperature of 50 to 60 degrees it is best to use anchovies within 60 to 90 days.
Roland Anchovies can be used on salads and pizza or as an ingredient to sauces and dressings. They can also be added to prepared meals just before serving. This is our smallest size tin. For convenience, a ring pull top has been added.
