Chapparral in an old Indian remedy that is used to heal illnesses and conditions such as: tuberculosis, skin sores and wounds, urinary infections, colds, rheumatism and arthritis. It is said that this herb has strong anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and analgesic properties. Chaparral also has high antioxidant content that can protect you from cell damage which leads to cancer. Is a good body and blood purifier. Chaparral has an unpleasant taste and smells really bad, so you might want to add honey and lemon to the infusion, or else mix it with a beverage tea. Chaparral is also an excellent mouthwash, for a mouthwash or infusion use 1 tablespoon of dried leaves per quart of boiling water. Steep 1 hour. Before use consult your physician.

El Chaparral tambien tiene alto contenido antioxidante que te puede proteger de el dano a las celulas, que conducen al cancer. Chaparral es tambien un buen purificador de la sangre y el cuerpo. El Chaparral tiene un desagradable olor y sabor, asi que agregue miel y limon a la infusion o bien mezclarlo con un te para beber. Tambien el chaparral es un excelente enjuague bucal. Para hacer una infusion use 1 cucharada de hojas secas por cuarto de agua, remoje por una hora. Antes de usar consulte a su medico.
