CEVICHE RECIPE
An excellent option for the lunch, La Victoria offers you this delicious and practical recipe to be made in few minutes and enjoy with friends.
•Ingredients and Quantities:
1 lb uncooked, shelled and deveined shrimp, scallops, sole and red snapper chunks; 2 green onions, thinly sliced 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered 1/4 cup La Victoria Nacho Jalapeños, 1/2 cup lime juice, 1tsp salad oil, 1/2 cup La Victoria Salsa, 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, 1/4 tsp, dried oregano crushed.
•Ceviche Preparation Steps:
In a non-metal bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight (the salsa and lime juice "cooks" the fish as it marinades). To serve, drain Ceviche and serve in small lettuce caps. Garnish with slice avocado and lemon or lime wedges.

This has been my 2nd-favorite hot sauce for many many years. (My 1st-favorite is La Victoria Salsa Ranchera Hot) It is a great sauce for chips or for where you want to slather a lot of sauce on something. Very tasty! Several years ago it became difficult to get at my local shopping places, and though plenty of locally-available sauces taste "okay" none taste as good to me as this one (and ofc La Victoria Salsa Ranchera Hot). So... I've been ordering it online since then. MexGrocer has been my "go to" to get it and I've ordered usually from 10 to over 30 jars at a time and use 'em until almost gone then order more.Review for La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa - Salsas - Hot
