A little sweeter and smoother in texture than Salsa Ranchera but still very good. I'm guessing that Salsa Ranchera won't be back so I'm hunting around for a similar salsa.

CEVICHE RECIPE
An excellent option for the lunch, La Victoria offers you this delicious and practical recipe to be made in few minutes and enjoy with friends.
Ingredients and Quantities:
1 lb uncooked, shelled and deveined shrimp, scallops, sole and red snapper chunks; 2 green onions, thinly sliced 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered 1/4 cup La Victoria Nacho Jalapenos, 1/2 cup lime juice, 1tsp salad oil, 1/2 cup La Victoria Salsa, 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, 1/4 tsp, dried oregano crushed.
Ceviche Preparation Steps:
In a non-metal bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight (the salsa and lime juice "cooks" the fish as it marinades). To serve, drain Ceviche and serve in small lettuce caps. Garnish with slice avocado and lemon or lime wedges.

Other merchants only carry a chopped up mess of seeds, skin from which pulp must be separated, a waste of Chiles, time and money, thank you for the many items you have made available wherever I have lived in the Country
