1/2 cup Lawry's® Caribbean Jerk Marinade with Papaya Juice 1 cup Light Mayonnaise 4 Tbsp. Honey 1-1/2 tsp. Curry Powder 1/2 cup Celery diced 1/2 cup Scallions or Green Onions sliced 5 cups cooked Turkey shredded 1/2 cup dried Cranberries or Raisins 1/3 cup toasted Almonds 8 leaves Butter Lettuce 8 Mission® Burrito size Flour Tortillas warmed
1. Mix Marinade, Mayo, Honey and Curry Powder. Stir in Celery, Green Onions, Raisins, Turkey and Almonds. 2. Place one lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Spoon 1/2 cup of turkey mixture on top of lettuce. Roll up and serve. 3. Turkey mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated.
