Chocolate Cherry Crepes

Recipe Ingredients:

8 Mission Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
16 oz. can Whole Cranberry Sauce
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
2 1/2 cups warmed Chocolate Fudge Topping
8 oz. non dairy Whipped Cream
1/4 cup toasted Almonds sliced
21 oz. can Cherry Pie Filling

Recipe Instructions:

1. Combine cherry filling, cranberry sauce and cinnamon, mix well. To assemble crepes, spoon 1/4 cup chocolate fudge down the tortilla center. Top each with 1/8 of the whipped topping and 1/8 of the filling.
2. Roll up and place seamside down. Top with 1 tablespoon fudge sauce and garnish with toasted almonds.
