1. Combine cherry filling, cranberry sauce and cinnamon, mix well. To assemble crepes, spoon 1/4 cup chocolate fudge down the tortilla center. Top each with 1/8 of the whipped topping and 1/8 of the filling. 2. Roll up and place seamside down. Top with 1 tablespoon fudge sauce and garnish with toasted almonds.
