Recipe
Ingredients:
4 each 4 oz. boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. each: Salt, Black Pepper and Cumin
1 cup Cheese shredded
1 cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded
1 cup Tomatoes diced
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Green Onions sliced
1/2 cup Cilantro chopped

Recipe Instructions:
1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cumin in a shallow dish. Add the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.
2. Grill the chicken until it is cooked through, turning occasionally, 7 to 8 minutes. When cooked, slice diagonally.
3. Assemble all of the other ingredients.
4. Heat the flour tortillas in a skillet. Serve the chicken on a platter with the garnishes and heated tortillas.
