Fajitas - Sizzling Steak Fajitas

Recipe Fajitas Ingredients:

8 Mission® Flour Tortillas warmed
1 lb. Sirloin or Flank Steak cut into strips
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Onion sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper cut into strips
1 pkg. Lawry's® Fajita Spices and Seasonings
1/4 cup Water
1 Tomato cut into wedges

Fajitas Recipe Instructions:

1. Cook onion and green pepper in an oiled skillet over medium high heat until tender; set aside. In same skillet, brown meat; drain fat. Mix in seasonings and water. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Return onions and bell peppers to skillet; add tomatoes. Heat through and serve with warmed tortillas.
