12 Mission® Corn Tortillas or Mission® Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
1 Pork Loin
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Pepper
Salt
1 Onion sliced
1 can of Beer
Recipe Instructions:
1. Rub pork with sugar, salt and pepper. Brown it is an oiled skillet. Place pork loin in baking dish with sliced onion and pour beer over meat. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for one hour or until done, basting occasionally with juices. Slice cooked pork into strips and serve in warmed tortillas.
