2 cups cooked Turkey 1 pkg. Lawry's® Chicken Taco Spices & Seasonings 1 (15-oz) can Kidney Beans drained 2 Tomatoes chopped 1 small White Onion chopped 1 pkg. pre-packaged Iceberg Lettuce 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded 10 Mission® Tostadas warmed Sour Cream, sliced Avocado or Salsa for garnish
1. In a large skillet, combine Turkey, Seasonings, 1/2 cup Water and Kidney Beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Cook for 10 minutes. 2. Layer the following ingredients on each heated Tostada: Lettuce, Onions, 1/3 cup of Turkey mixture, Tomatoes and Cheese. Garnish as desired.
