4 Mission® Light or Fat Free Flour Tortillas 1 (8oz.) pkg. Nonfat Cream Cheese 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp. Fresh Orange Juice Vegetable Oil cooking spray 2 Kiwi peeled and sliced 12 Strawberries sliced 2 Apricots sliced 1/2 cup Blueberries 3 Tbsps. Low Sugar Apricot Preserves melted
1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. 2. Prick tortillas with fork and place on a baking pan, spray with cooking spray and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes. 3. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture and arrange fruit on top. Brush fruit with preserves.
