Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 clove Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. ground Cumin
2 tsp. Brown Sugar
dash of Tabasco
1/8 tsp. Liquid Smoke

Recipe Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a glass bowl and blend well. Marinate tofu or vegetables, in the refrigerator, for at least one hour before cooking.
