Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Mission® Flour Tortillas cut into small circles
Oil for frying
3 cloves Garlic diced
2 Tbsp. Onion diced
3 cups Spinach chopped
2 slices Bacon chopped
1 medium Mushroom chopped
1/4 cup Cream
1/2 Tbsp. crushed Peanuts
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste |  |

Recipe Instructions:
1. Fry the tortillas in oil, and drain on a paper towel. In a little bit of oil fry the garlic, onion, bacon and mushrooms; add cream, spinach, nuts and let thicken. Season with salt and pepper. Place a small amount of the mixture on each tortilla and top with Parmesan cheese.
