1 lb. Farmer John® sliced, cooked Ham 1/2 cup Olive Oil 1 Red Bell Pepper julienned 1 Green Bell Pepper julienned 3 cloves Garlic minced 4 or 5 small Chili Peppers 8 Mission® Flour Tortillas
1. Heat oil over medium heat and sauté peppers and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add whole chili peppers and cook for about 3 minutes. 2. Place ham slices onto warmed tortillas and spoon heated mixture onto slices. Fold tortillas over and place on serving plate.
