10 Mission® Corn Tortillas 1 cup Sour Cream 1 Egg beaten 2/3 cup Milk 3 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 4 oz. can Green Chiles 2 1/2 oz. can Olives sliced 1/4 cup Onion minced
1. Cut tortillas into one inch strips and set aside. Beat sour cream, egg, and milk together. 2. In a 3 quart casserole, layer 1/3 of tortilla strips, 1 cup monterey jack cheese, 1/3 of chilis, olives, onions, then 1/3 sour cream mixture. Repeat layers. 3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.
