4 Mission® Soft Taco sized Flour Tortillas 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded Olive Oil 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce 1/2 tsp. Cumin 4 Tbsps. Refried Beans 1 Tbsp. Dried Green Chiles 1 Tbsp. Scallions or Green Onions thinly sliced 2 Tbsp. Ripe Olives sliced 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Sprinkle one tortilla with cheddar cheese. Place the other tortilla on top and brush lightly with oil. Bake in preheated oven for 4 minutes. 2. In a small bowl, combine pizza sauce and cumin and spread sauce on top of the top tortilla. Spoon on refried beans and sprinkle with chilies, green onion, olives and Monterey Jack Cheese. Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
