1. Debone chicken, shred and toss with grilling sauce in a sauté pan. Fry two corn tortillas or bake two flour tortillas until crispy. Remove from pan and cover one tortilla with a layer of Black Bean and Corn Salsa (see below). Next, layer with chicken and cheese. 2. Garnish with avocado slices and sour cream. Serve.
