Recipe Ingredients:

2 lb. Cooked Smoked Sausage sliced
1 Onion chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Spicy Mustard
6 Mission® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas

Recipe Instructions:

1. Grill or broil sausage until heated through.
2. Heat tortillas until warm. Spread each tortilla with spicy mustard. Place equal portions of meat down center. Sprinkle with onions and cheddar cheese. Roll up and serve with extra mustard.
