Recipe Instructions: 1. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. On one tortilla, add a layer of lettuce and bacon. On the other tortilla, add a layer of red onions, chicken, tomato and avocado. 2. Place the chicken/tomato/avocado layer on top of the bacon/lettuce layer and set the remaining tortilla on the very top. Cut the stack into eighths and secure each with a toothpick.
