Tacos de Pollo y Aguacate tipo Club

Recipe Ingredients:

3 Mission® Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
4 Tbsp. low fat or light Mayonnaise
6 strips Bacon cooked
1 cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded
2 slices Red Onion broken up into rings
18 slices fat free oven roasted deli thin Chicken Breast
4 Plum Tomatoes sliced
1/2 Avocado thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions:

1. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. On one tortilla, add a layer of lettuce and bacon. On the other tortilla, add a layer of red onions, chicken, tomato and avocado.
2. Place the chicken/tomato/avocado layer on top of the bacon/lettuce layer and set the remaining tortilla on the very top. Cut the stack into eighths and secure each with a toothpick.
