These are great for chile rellenos and the can has a good amount of poblanos (around 8 to 10) if you're cooking for a large crowd. They are also great for slicing into strips and making grilled rajas dishes. I had planned to give this a 5-star but I have to say the San Miguel brand of poblanos beats these simply because they are much larger and a tad less salty. But these are still definitely something I would buy again.Pros:
