La Costena canned whole jalapenos

Usually we can whole jalapenos ourselves with carrots onions and garlic. The flavor of your jalapenos is excellent and the brine had just the right combination of vinegar, salt and water. We just wish they were a little bit more crispy. Ours come out mushy, too. The 26oz size is perfect. We just open the can and pour them in one of our quart canning jars and put them in the fridge.
Thinking we'll be canning less and buying yours.
Shared your site with several friends already who tried your peppers and asked if they were ours. Had to tell the truth and tell them where to find them.
