El achiote yucateco, un condimento muy apreciado, se elabora con semillas de achiote de excelente calidad, que aportan color y, por supuesto, un sazonador excepcional. CÓMO USAR ACHIOTE
¡Es muy fácil de preparar! Puedes diluir 30 ml de pasta con 1/2 taza de vinagre o 50 ml de achiote líquido. ¡Listo para usar! Puedes marinar y sazonar 1 kg de carne de res, cerdo, pollo o pescado.
