Quick Taco Salad Recipe

12 oz. Ground Beef2 cups Red and Green Bell Peppers chopped2 cups bottled Salsa or Picante Sauce1/4 cup fresh Cilantro chopped4 cups Iceberg Lettuce chopped2 cups Tomato chopped1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded1 cup (about 12 chips) Tortilla Chips crumbled1/4 cup Green Onions chopped


1. Cook beef and bell pepper in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned; stir to crumble. Add salsa; bring to a boil. Stir in cilantro.

2. Place 1 cup lettuce on each of 4 plates. Top with 1 cup meat mixture. Sprinkle each serving with 1/2 cup tomato, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup chips, and 1 Tbsp onions.

This salad is awsome, and you will see if you try it for yourself. i made this for my junior class it was the best. Everyone loved it!!!!!!!!!!!

This was pretty good, and if you try it you will like it too... I made this for a school project and it came out to be delicious!!!!!! Try it for yourself and see what I'm talking about.
