Ingredients

1 cup White Rice1 clove Garlic crushed1/2 can El Pato Salsa de Chile Fresco1/2 can Tomato Sauce2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

In large frying pan, brown rice in vegetable oil with garlic and onion for one minute or until lightly browned. Add EL PATO and tomato sauce, 1 cup of water, season to taste. Bring to boil, cover pan and cook on low for 25 minutes or until rice is done.

How much onion?
In the directions you refer to onion, but onion is not listed as part of the ingredients. Please let us know the recommended amount of onion and should it be diced, or chopped? Thank You!

Missing in the ingredients.
Onion wasn't in list of ingredients nor water.
