Dried Chile de Arbol pepper
I am very pleased with this product. I couldn't find dried peppers locally - then I discovered MexGrocer.com. I'll be sure to order this product again.
Chile de arbol is a relative of the cayenne pepper and shares its acidic heat and thin flesh with tannic and smoky flavors as well as grassy tones. Use chile de arbol in sauces, soups, and stews. Its very very HOT!!

We love this hot sauce! I had to buy the biggest one for the office this time because the little one disappeared so fast. It's flavorful AND spicy, and not just a lot of vinegar!
