Placing an order

Shopping with MexGrocer is simple! Explore our 20+ categories, shop by your favorite brands, or use the search bar to find exactly what you need. Add items to your cart, check out, and enjoy authentic Mexican products delivered to your door.

Order by Phone — give us a call at 1 (844) 639-4762 (1-844-MEXGROCER), have your credit card on hand and we will gladly place your order. We’re open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PT.

Canceling my order

Please contact us within 1 hour after placing the order via email. MexGrocer.com is unable to cancel after that time frame. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy to resolve your request.

Payment options

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If, for any reason, MexGrocer cannot process your credit card we will notify you by email within 24 hours.

You may also pay with a Money Order; the order will be processed once payment has been received and collected. Place an order as usual up to the payment step, note your order details (Name, Shipping Info, Products with Quantities, Shipping Option and Cost, and Order Totals) and mail to:

Sales tax

MexGrocer.com is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax when shipping within the state of California. Only non-food products must pay an 8.25% tax.

Returns

Returns or exchanges

MexGrocer.com unconditionally guarantees the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if your order contains a wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Within 30 days after delivery, you may return products purchased from MexGrocer.com for full credit, except for items with unique policies—please read item descriptions carefully. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from MexGrocer.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error. Food items are non-returnable due to safety risks; if an item arrives damaged or defective, request a refund or replacement.

Include the unopened items (original packaging) and the sales invoice with items and prices circled. Enclose the slip, wrap securely, and send to:

MexGrocer.com offers a selection of our best values and most popular Mexican food products online. Most products ship the next business day. Orders received before 12:00 PM Monday–Friday ship the same business day; orders after this time ship the next business day.

Shipping

Shipping options

We currently offer Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air within the United States. Ground typically arrives in 5–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. 2nd Day Air arrives in ~2–3 business days. Next Day Air arrives 1 business day after the order is filled. No Saturday/Sunday delivery.

Shipping outside the United States

Shipping to a P.O. BOX

Please provide a valid residential address. We can accept P.O. Boxes for Alaska and Hawaii orders only. See our Shipping Rate Chart.

Checking order status

You will receive two emails (if a valid email is provided):

  • The first confirms your order has been received (with an order confirmation number) within ~24 hours after authorization/verification.
  • The second confirms your order has shipped (including any tracking information).

Track packages

Find the FedEx/UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Use it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking may take up to 24 hours after carrier pickup to appear.

If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Overnight orders placed after 12 noon PST are processed the following day.
  • Overnight delivery occurs on business days only (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Using coupons online

Most coupons from MexGrocer.com advertisements can be applied online. To redeem:

  • Add items to your Shopping Cart.
  • On the Payment page of Checkout, find “Coupon or Promotional Code” and enter your code (one per order).
  • Click “Continue”; the page will reload with updated totals.

Please double-check your coupon’s requirements—each coupon may differ and, unless specified, can be used only once.
