Great Product
I purchased this for a friend of mine. He said they worked beautifully for his cooking needs. This product is not available in our area. So glad I found Mexgrocer.
Esta es una receta básica y fácil de tamales. Existen tantas variaciones que te sorprenderías. Aunque tradicionalmente se envuelven en hojas de maíz, también puedes envolverlos en hojas de plátano. Se pueden preparar con casi cualquier tipo de relleno, ya sea de carne o vegetariano. ¡Incluso puedes hacer tamales de frutas para el postre! Puedes prepararlos con anticipación, incluso con varios días de antelación. Se conservan bien en el refrigerador. Asegúrate de empezar a cocinarlos al vapor una hora antes de sentarte a comer. Since moving to Florida from California, I haven’t found tortillas strong enough for how I was taught to make enchiladas! THESE tortillas are perfect. They don’t disintegrate in the hot oil before I can get then into the enchilada sauce. They make great quesadillas,too. Since 36 are in a package, I freeze them (12 to a package) for later. Gracias!
