This is the best Enchilada Sauce out there! I would have given five stars but the brand discontinued their Hot Enchilada Sauce and I don't think I'm the only disappointed fan.

Since moving to Florida from California, I haven’t found tortillas strong enough for how I was taught to make enchiladas! THESE tortillas are perfect. They don’t disintegrate in the hot oil before I can get then into the enchilada sauce. They make great quesadillas,too. Since 36 are in a package, I freeze them (12 to a package) for later. Gracias!
