Sumergir los chiles enharinados en el capeado, uno a la vez y freír a fuego medio. No amontonar la sartén. Retirar y escurrir en toallas de papel. Preparar la salsa: Hervir las nueces en agua hasta cubrir durante 5 minutos. Retirar del agua. Pelar las pieles. Hervir las almendras en agua hasta cubrir durante 25 minutos y remojar en agua fría. Pelar las pieles. Moler las nueces y almendras en una licuadora o procesador de alimentos, añadiendo queso crema, queso de cabra, queso feta, pan, crema, leche, cebolla, azúcar, canela, jerez y sal. La mezcla será muy espesa. Refrigerar. Si usa nueces envasadas, lavar las nueces y almendras y seguir el procedimiento para nueces frescas. Para servir: Colocar los chiles fritos fríos en un plato. Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
