El chicharrón prensado está hecho a base de grasa de puerco en cortes fundidos y prensados, perfecto para su uso en elaboración de guisados. El chicharrón prensado es una preparación derivada del chicharrón tradicional, donde se sanconchan pedacitos de carne de cerdo con la piel frita y se condimenta con hierbas o sal de nitro, las cuales ocasionan ese característico color rojizo.

I love this hot sauce. It’s nice and spicy and I make amazing chicken or beef enchiladas with it! This most recent time I tried turkey enchiladas and they turned out delicious! I used to live by a Kroger grocery store I could buy them from but now I have to order them online from mexgrocer and it works out fine, great company! Bring them to Giant Eagle!!
